I’ve never really worked from 9 to 5, apart from short co-op stints in university. As contract college faculty, my schedule is pretty much all over the place. And I usually like it that way. Unless you ask me on a Wednesday. On Wednesdays, I hate my schedule. Three courses, I teach from 8.30am to 10pm. Ugh.
Wake up. Coffee. Eat. Drive to campus. Talk about self-awareness theory, cognitive dissonance and social comparison. Drive to another campus. Eat. Talk about cognitive schemas, attachment styles and language acquisition. Eat. Drive to another campus. Talk about macronutrients, basal metabolic rate and reading nutrition labels. Drive home. Pass out.
Hugs, SOLO
