Short Course (Friday)

ELEVATION (GAIN): 179 m (587 ft)
Long Course (Saturday)
DISTANCE: 16.09 km (9.99 mi) – compare this with last year’s 14.79 km (9.2 mi).
ELEVATION (GAIN): 947 m (3,107 ft) – compare this with last year’s 973 m (3,192 ft).
Team Course (Sunday)

*First two climbs – RUNNING leg (4.02km, GPS here), quick transition to obstacle specialist for the rig, then onto the STRENGTH leg – third climb with the sandbag, and OBSTACLE leg – the flat at the end.
